what we need

  • 120 grolled oats
  • 400 mlwhole milk (or half oat)
  • pinchfine salt
  • 150 gberries — whatever's in
  • 2 tsphoney or maple
  • ½ tspcinnamon, to finish

how it goes

  1. oats, milk, salt into a small pan. low heat.
  2. stir on and off for 8 minutes. low and slow, not boiling.
  3. split into two bowls. top with berries, a drizzle of honey, cinnamon.
  4. if you like it looser: another splash of milk right at the end.
