what we need
- 120 grolled oats
- 400 mlwhole milk (or half oat)
- pinchfine salt
- 150 gberries — whatever's in
- 2 tsphoney or maple
- ½ tspcinnamon, to finish
how it goes
- oats, milk, salt into a small pan. low heat.
- stir on and off for 8 minutes. low and slow, not boiling.
- split into two bowls. top with berries, a drizzle of honey, cinnamon.
- if you like it looser: another splash of milk right at the end.
