what we need
- 200 grice vermicelli (bihon)
- 250 gfirm tofu, cubed, browned
- 3 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1onion, sliced
- 1carrot, julienned
- 150 gcabbage, shredded
- 4 tbspsoy sauce
- 400 mlveg stock
- 2calamansi (or 1 lime)
how it goes
- soak noodles in warm water 10 min while you prep.
- big pan, oil, garlic, onion. 2 min. tofu in, toss to warm through.
- carrot, cabbage. stir-fry 3 min — keep a bite.
- stock and soy in. drained noodles in. toss with tongs till the liquid's absorbed.
- off heat. squeeze calamansi over at the table, not before.
