what we need
- 2aubergines, halved, scored
- 2 tbspwhite miso
- 1 tbspmirin
- 1 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tsphoney or maple
- 200 gtenderstem broccoli
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- to servejasmine rice
how it goes
- oven to 200°c. rice on.
- mix miso, mirin, soy, honey. brush onto aubergine cut sides.
- aubergine + broccoli on a lined tray. sesame oil over the greens.
- 18 min in the oven. glaze will catch a little — that's the point.
- serve on rice. pan juices over the top.
