what we need

  • 4 slicesleftover halloumi inasal, warmed
  • 2soft brioche rolls
  • 100 gwhite cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 tbspmayo
  • 1 tspcider vinegar
  • pinchsugar, salt

how it goes

  1. slaw: cabbage, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt. mix, leave 5 min.
  2. rolls under the grill, cut-side up, 60 seconds.
  3. halloumi piled in, slaw on top, lid on. serious napkin situation.
