what we need
- 4 slicesleftover halloumi inasal, warmed
- 2soft brioche rolls
- 100 gwhite cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 tbspmayo
- 1 tspcider vinegar
- pinchsugar, salt
how it goes
- slaw: cabbage, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt. mix, leave 5 min.
- rolls under the grill, cut-side up, 60 seconds.
- halloumi piled in, slaw on top, lid on. serious napkin situation.
