    gentle walk (optional)
    round the block, phones in pockets
  • 2 min
    standing forward fold
    let the head hang
  • 2 min
    child's pose
    knees wide, forehead down
  • 3 min
    supine twist
    each side. slow breaths
  • 5 min
    legs up the wall
    actually do it. it works.

and then

bed, early. water by the bedside.
