- 400 gfirm tofu, cubed, crisped
- 1onion, quartered
- 2tomatoes, quartered
- 1 piecedaikon, chunked
- 3 tbsptamarind paste
- 100 ggreen beans
- 1 bunchwater spinach (kangkong) or spinach
- 1long green chilli
- to tastesoy sauce
how it goes
- crisp the tofu on all sides in oil. set aside.
- 1.2 l water + onion, tomato, chilli in a pot. simmer 15 min.
- daikon in. 8 min.
- tamarind, beans, tofu. 5 min more.
- spinach in last, 30 seconds. soy to taste.
- with rice. always with rice.
