what we need
- 2 portionsleftover lentil shepherd's pie
- a handfulrocket, dressed in lemon + olive oil
how it goes
- oven to 200°c. pie in a dish, covered loosely with foil.
- 12 minutes. last 2 min with the foil off to re-crisp the top.
- serve with the dressed rocket. cuts through it beautifully.
